How long’s the season?
The main season normally starts around the middle of March and runs to June. There’s also a secondary season where we pack stored fruit – this starts around mid July and runs till November.
Hours and Shifts
You’ll be working six days a week with 10 hour shifts. We have day and night shifts available and we also have weekend only options for anyone who wants weekend work.
Because New Zealand’s kind of famous for changeable weather you can expect there will be days with no work (think of them as extra play days!).
Where to stay
We’ve got two sites, one near Te Puke, and one towards Katikati. Which one you choose depends on where you’d like to stay and how far you’re happy to travel to work. Both are close to Tauranga and Mount Maunganui (the main centres) so you’ve got loads of options.
